Sleep MOT

A 360˚ look at your sleep issues and current routine to establish why you are having problems falling or staying asleep and what you can do about it. Sometimes all it takes is a few key changes to your habits and a plan for the way forward. Includes a free follow-up session after two weeks to review progress and ensure long term success.

  • 60 minute follow-up consultation after two to three weeks

Full Sleep Service

An in-depth analysis of your sleep issues with a tailor-made programme to tackle your insomnia over 6–8 weeks. Changing sleep patterns takes time and determination and ongoing support can make a really big difference to the outcome, especially if you have been struggling with your sleep for a long time. Includes email support to help on the path to more peaceful sleep.
